Not dead yet… (premature burial!)
It is really touching to see there are still over 50 views each day on this website despite the fact I haven’t updated it in eight months. I promise this webzine is not dead, but I am just trying to recollect some of the enthusiasm I had when I started it. The whole musical scene is so incredibly different today and I just feel so out of place… it is so funny but what really makes me feel like this has been this huge old-school revival. The bands, most of them at least, are so damn good. Yet there is something out of place… In any case I have a box full of promo material that WILL be reviewed as soon as I find some motivation.
Death Metal Eternal.

Grande la citazione dai Malevolent Creation…a me non sfugge nulla! ;-)

Ci hai preso eh eh.

I do understand a lot of this feeling you’ve described here…
My ‘zine – Abhorrent Decay – has been lying around inactively for quite a while now either, but will get it’s first issue in print hopefully this month.
Don’t quit the whole thing, your work has been amazing so far!
At least I DO hope for more interesting stuff from your side in the future!
Blackest regards,

Thabks a lot for your words man, it’s people like you with your enthusiasm and taste for the good shit that always kept me going. I have went through moments like this a lot of times, at least twice in a very serious way… but always came back. Yesterday I was listening to Morgoth and the first Slayer album and saw a spark of what raised my interest in first place for this music. This time however things are more indistinct… it’s not like 1993 when bands were wimping out and there was a non-existent scene, it’s quite the opposite. I still need to metabolize everything and try to find my own place here, I feel like I was a fucking dinosaur with Deep Purple shirt and receding hairline and the only blog that still raises my interest is Metal Inquisition because it takes cynical fun of those fags with thrasher outfits that infest the venues. That said, don’t even try to forget to tell me when the printed zine is ready, I need to buy one copy.

I follow METAL INQUISITION, too! It’s funny, ironic, intelligent, open minded…all adjectives that usually don’t fit with the metal scene.
Lascio spesso commenti su M.I….a nome Frank. Troppo spassosi i post di Lucho Metales ;-)

Thank your for this response!
Just get your feelings together and once again inhale the rotting stench of burning death!
Will let you know once the zine’s done, thanks a lot for your interest!
Gonna go now, grab a beer and start playing “The Eternal Fall”!
